Job Description

Description Position Summary The Sales Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support by coordinating & processing customer orders, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day sales activities. This role also provides administrative support to Leadership and assists with general office operations as needed. This is a part-time position working 4 hours / day Monday - Friday. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities and customer requests. Process customer orders, quotations, and sales-related documentation. Maintain customer records, pricing, and CRM/ERP data. Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and other business analytics. Coordinate customer communications and provide order status updates. Support new customer setup and maintain sales documentation. Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents. Support trade shows, customer visits, and sales events. Assist with general office administrative functions as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Adobe). Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy. Manufacturing experience preferred.
