PROJECT MANAGER - EPC INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION

Raw Resources - Princeton, WV Raw Resources, an EPC company based in southern West Virginia, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects throughout the United States. This position will be based in our Princeton, WV office, with travel to project sites as required. Our projects include industrial structures, material handling systems, mineral processing facilities, and related infrastructure. We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager who can take ownership of a project from planning through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The successful candidate will have command of scope, schedule, cost, contracts, procurement, field execution, and project risk, while keeping clients, management, engineering, and field teams informed and moving toward the same objective. This is a leadership position for someone who can see the big picture, stay ahead of problems, make sound decisions, and drive a project to successful completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Lead EPC projects from award through completion and closeout. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and execution plans. Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities. Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, cost-to-complete, change orders, and profitability. Identify project risks early and drive timely solutions. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and contractual requirements. Serve as a primary point of contact with clients and maintain strong professional relationships. Ensure critical information, decisions, priorities, and expectations are clearly communicated across project teams. Lead effective project meetings and provide accurate reporting to clients and senior management. Coordinate closely with field supervision to keep engineering, procurement, and construction aligned. Maintain accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

PMP certification preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline preferred, but not required. Significant project management experience in EPC, industrial construction, heavy industrial, mining/mineral processing, power, manufacturing, or a related industry. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary construction projects. Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, forecasting, contracts, change management, and project risk. Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, executives, engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Willingness to travel as required.
