Duties Help Directs, performs and coordines the following program activities: manages building operions, maintenance, repair, alterion, historic preservion, safety, environmental and security in owned and leased buildings assigned. Promotes and monitors efficient occupant space utilizion, energy and wer conservion, sustainability and environmental hazards programs, and fire and security protection. Develops and promotes positive working relionships with customer agencies and client personnel and maintains continuous liaison with building tenants and top management officials of customer agencies and tenants facilities managed. Participes and engages in planning and developing opering budgets and all reled procedures and activities for assigned facilities. Manages the contracting and leasing administrion process as needed on behalf of tenant agencies. May administer various types of contracts and leases. Specialized experience is experience managing a multi-level commercial office building (or equivalent non-housing high rise building) consisting of complex building mechanical systems (e.g., building automed systems, centralized HVAC, alarm systems, elevors, etc.).

This experience includes:

Monitoring occupant space utilizion, energy and wer conservion, sustainability and environmental hazards programs; Directing and coordining alterion and renovion projects; Maintaining customer sisfaction programs including feedback mechanisms used to evalue the effectiveness of services provided; Managing or monitoring real property budgetary and financial da; and, Contract administrion and oversight (i.e., janitorial, mechanical, elevor contracts).
