We're currently looking for a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our residential communities. Property Overview As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations. You'll lead an on-site team and work to ensure high occupancy, resident satisfaction, and efficient property performance. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family residential property Supervise and support leasing and maintenance staff Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and local regulations Handle leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident communications Manage budgets, control expenses, and meet financial goals Coordinate maintenance and property improvement projects Maintain accurate records using property management software Foster a positive and respectful living environment for residents Qualifications 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management (required) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Working knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws Experience with property management software
