Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Mobile Home Community Manager and take charge of overseeing the daily operations of multiple manufactured housing community in the area. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage property leasing, tenant relations, and community maintenance coordination with enthusiasm and professionalism. As the face of the community, you'll ensure residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained environment while maximizing operational efficiency. Your expertise in property management, understanding of Mobile Home Park opreations, and customer service will drive the success of our community and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all residents. Duties Manage lease or rental agreement processes, including lease signing and renewals in combination with out back office team members, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 programs. Oversee property leasing activities to attract new residents through upselling and effective client communication. Maintain accurate data entry and filing of tenant records, contracts, and legal documentation using property management software Rent Manager. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment; liaise with vendors as needed. Handle conflict management and dispute resolution with residents professionally and efficiently, adhering to landlord-tenant law. Conduct regular property inspections, oversee & coordinate repairs with the maintenance team Oversee rent collections, follow ups and office walk-ins Foster positive relationships with residents through excellent customer service and proactive communication strategies. Utilize property management software to track occupancy rates, generate reports, and support leasing efforts effectively. Requirements Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles; experience with property management companies preferred. Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 programs, and related legal frameworks. Proficiency in property management software Rent Manager, Google Sheets/Docs. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead staff effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Exceptional customer service skills combined with negotiation abilities to upsell amenities or lease options. Experience in facilities management, property maintenance coordination, budgeting, data entry, filing, and contract management. Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette; ability to handle conflict situations diplomatically. Administrative experience including legal documentation handling and conflict resolution strategies.
