We are currently seeking an IT Specialist to join our team!

Job Duties:

Install, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other IT peripherals. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. Perform maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on IT hardware and related equipment as required. Provide daily technical support and assistance to end users across the organization. Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, wireless access points, and workstation devices. Assist with the deployment of software installations, system patches, and security updates across workstations and plant systems. Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and best practices to improve IT operations and efficiency. Provide end-user support for Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations in accordance with IT procedures. Perform additional IT-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of seven (7)+ years of relevant IT support or technical experience preferred. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN) and network troubleshooting principles. Experience configuring and supporting network devices such as routers, switches, and wireless access points. Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, including user account creation, group membership, and permission management. Experience supporting or integrating ERP systems; familiarity with SQL and Crystal Reports is a plus. Strong understanding of computer hardware components, diagnostics, and repair. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and quickly learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
