Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): Ensuring standards and guidelines are upheld and maintained in accordance to agency standards including (but not limited to) general safety of staff, clients, and facilities, quality of environment and care, availability of necessities Training staff as directed to make sure staff are aware of agency guidelines and standards, so that our clients can receive the best care possible in a safe environment Ensure safety drills and training are being conducted as needed Liaison between parents and family, statewide agencies, and the clients; understanding the needs of all parties involved in residential care Communicate needs of clients, family/parents, and statewide agencies to The Learning Tree Staff, management, and nursing departments as directed Participates in site reviews and monitoring required by agency monitors to confirm The Learning Tree is compliance with contracting agencies Interaction and communication with Social Security Administration as needed Participates in client-related investigations and prepares/disseminates reports, reports to Service Coordinator General administrative tasks that include resident documentation upkeep and filing, data entry, and office organization and document management Participates in crisis management procedures (PCM) Education, Work, and/or
Other Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Developmental Disabilities (or closely related field) OR high school diploma with 5 years experience in service delivery to developmentally disabled community Good driving record required
