Valley Estates of Mountain Home is seeking a motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our community in Mountain Home, Arkansas. As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the property by leading the onsite team, maximizing occupancy, maintaining resident satisfaction, ensuring financial performance, and protecting the physical asset. Market and lease available apartment homes while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Maintain a strong waitlist and maximize occupancy. Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive resident relationships. Collect rent, deposits, and other fees utilizing OneSite property management software. Screen and qualify prospective residents. Oversee apartment make-readies, renovations, and move-in readiness. Maintain accurate records, including applications, leases, notices, work orders, and resident files. Prepare reports and communicate property performance and recommendations to the Regional Director. Manage maintenance staff, vendor relationships, and service contracts. Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and property upkeep. Monitor expenses and manage the property within budget. Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns and complaints. Enforce community policies and procedures while maintaining a positive living environment. Perform additional duties as assigned.
