July 2025 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Serve as the first point of contact for resident inquiries, service requests, and complaints, ensuring timely and respectful resolution. Assist in preparing and distributing community communications, including newsletters, email alerts, and notices. Coordinate community events, social programming, and wellness initiatives; manage vendor relations and event logistics. Support leasing activities, including preparing paperwork, assisting with tours, and updating resident files. Assist in collecting rents and ensuring accurate posting of payments. Maintain organized resident records and documentation in accordance with companystandards. Assist with processing move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. Help monitor community appearance, report maintenance needs, and follow up on workorders. Provide regular reports and feedback to the Community Manager. Support marketing efforts, including updating community boards and managing localoutreach. Performs other duties, as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities This position may have some limited supervisory responsibilities when it comes to staff. Other Skills and Abilities Good understanding of property management and its financial aspects. In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management and local regulatory knowledge. Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software. Employee must be comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Some evening and weekend availability may be required for events or emergencies. Ability to manage and travel to other sites as needed.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 35.0 per week
