[ Click here for a listing of our communities.] Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager with strong personal and professional attributes to join the P.B. Bell team. This role works closely with the Community Manager to oversee daily operations and achieve the community's performance goals. Key Responsibilities Assist the Community Manager with daily operations of the community Support marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals Promote resident retention through excellent customer service Assist with rent collection and site accounting functions Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks Process accounts payable and bank deposits Post rent and maintain accurate financial records Act on behalf of the Community Manager during absences Maintain professional and positive resident relations Work weekends as required Skills & Requirements Minimum six (6) months of Assistant Property Manager experience at an apartment community Strong leasing and marketing experience required Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Good computer skills required Yardi experience preferred Professional, respectful, and courteous demeanor at all times Strong customer service orientation Compensation & Benefits P.B.
