This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional ready to make a meaningful impact in residential care. Position Summary As our Group Home Manager, you will be the driving force behind this home's success. You will be fully responsible for building a thriving, fully occupied residence by attracting quality residents, assembling a dedicated caregiver team, and delivering exceptional care every single day. Key Responsibilities Operations and Facility Management Oversee all day-to-day operations in compliance with Arizona ADHS licensing standards Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment Manage budgets, supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance Resident Recruitment and Occupancy Drive a census-building strategy to achieve full 7-bed occupancy Build referral relationships with ALTCS, hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and placement agencies Manage the full admissions process from inquiry to move-in Staffing and Team Leadership Recruit, hire, train, and supervise qualified caregivers Build and manage 24/7 caregiver schedules Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability and compassion Compliance and Documentation Maintain all resident records, medication logs, incident reports, and care plans Ensure readiness for all ADHS inspections and audits Keep all staff certifications and training current Financial and Administrative Oversight Monitor operating budgets and track resident billing Coordinate with ALTCS and private pay accounts Submit timely reports and updates to ownership Requirements Required Minimum 2 to 3 years of group home or assisted living management experience Proven track record in census building and resident admissions Strong knowledge of Arizona ADHS licensing requirements Experience hiring and supervising caregivers Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Current CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain immediately Must be 21 years of age or older Preferred Arizona Assisted Living Manager Certificate Existing referral network with local hospitals or placement agencies Experience with ALTCS and Medicaid-funded residents Bilingual English and Spanish a plus Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience On-site housing available for the right candidate Performance bonus paid per each resident filled and retained for more than 30 days Ongoing performance incentives tied to occupancy retention and overall home performance Growth potential as our portfolio expands
