Job Description

Overview $18.00/hour + 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom on-site housing provided We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on individual to manage the daily operations of a tenant-owned mobile home community . This position combines property management, resident relations, leasing, and light community maintenance. Duties Property Management Manage leasing, applications, screening, move-ins, renewals, and resident communication. Collect rent and assist with delinquency follow-up. Enforce leases, community rules, and policies. Conduct property inspections and document violations or concerns. Coordinate vendors and contractors. Maintain resident and property records. Handle resident concerns and conflict resolution. Maintain knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing requirements, and mobile home community regulations . Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Maintenance & Grounds Maintain community grounds, common areas, and overall appearance. Perform basic landscaping, cleanup, painting, and handyman repairs. Maintain park-owned fencing, gates, signage, and other improvements. Identify and address minor maintenance and safety issues. Coordinate professional vendors for major or specialized repairs.
Important:
Residents own their mobile homes and are generally responsible for maintenance inside their homes. Maintenance duties are primarily limited to community grounds, common areas, park-owned infrastructure, and minor repairs .
Ideal candidate:
Reliable, professional, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to balance administrative/property management duties with hands-on maintenance.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
