Job Description

Live-In Part-Time Apartment Manager Needed for 22-Unit Community, Rosedale, CA Small 22-unit apartment community is seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly Apartment Manager for a live-in position. This is a part-time, hands-on property management position, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping a property clean, organized, and welcoming while working directly with residents.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-5:00 PM (3-4 hours a day) Live-in position - apartment and utilities provided as part of compensation Responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day needs of a small apartment community Responding to resident emails and communications Processing rental applications and new leases Collecting and processing rent Maintaining organized resident and property records Coordinating routine maintenance requests Keeping common areas and the exterior of the property clean, neat, and attractive Light cleaning and upkeep around the property Helping ensure the property remains safe, orderly, and welcoming Communicating professionally and courteously with residents

Ideal Candidate:

Dependable and responsible Organized and detail-oriented Professional and friendly with residents Basic computer and email skills Able to handle paperwork, applications, leases, and rent processing Takes pride in keeping the property clean and well-maintained Previous property management, leasing, office, or customer service experience is a plus

Pay:

$700.00 per month
