Golden Management Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable On-Site Property Manager to join our team! As an On-site Property Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for current residents and prospective tenants. The position is part time and includes on-site residency , allowing you to provide responsive and professional assistance with tenant needs and property operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring all units and common areas are clean, safe, and well maintained. Collect rent and manage tenant accounts accurately and responsibly. Advertise and market available units to prospective tenants. Respond promptly to tenant inquires and address any issues with professionalism and care. Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests and vendor work to meet property standards. Ability to perform on leasing units Strong customer service Results oriented Ability to work onsite and meets property's schedule and operational requirements Maintain accurate records and report regularly on financial and operational performance. Promote a respectful, positive, and professional community environment. Requirements Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.(Property Management experience is a plus). Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Strong customer service focus and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact. cash handling experience required. Knowledge of property management principles, rules, and regulations preferred. Must have a deposit to start Must be 21 years or older. Must possess a valid drivers license. Ability to relocate to the property (on-site residency required). Bilingual(English/Spanish) is a plus but NOT required Compensation Exchange for rent credit on entry level positions (part-time) Full time positions offer full rent credit and pay @16.90 Benefits Full Rent Credit(in exchange for on-site residency). 2 bedroom unit Dental, Vision, and Health Insurance.
