The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential care home management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills. The STRTP Administrator will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating services, and maintaining the overall functioning of the program to meet both organizational goals and residents' needs. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the residential care home, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies. Coordinate therapeutic services and support programs tailored to residents' individual needs. Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, staff records, and operational reports. Foster a positive and safe environment for residents and staff alike. Collaborate with external agencies, service providers, and families to support resident well-being. Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed to enhance quality of care. Manage budgets, supplies, and resources necessary for the operation of the residential facility. Requirements Proven experience working in a residential care home setting; prior management or administrative experience is highly preferred.
