Position Overview:

We are looking for two individuals to work together as a team for the Portfolio Management position . The Resident Property Managers will oversee three properties transitioning to our management company. The managers will reside onsite at the Almont property and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership. This role combines administrative oversight with hands-on maintenance responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of three Beverly Hills properties. Serve as the on-site resident manager at 323 N. Almont Drive. Handle tenant relations, including inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property services. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed. Ensure compliance with property management policies and local regulations. Maintain accurate records of work orders, tenant communications, and property activities. Support transition of properties into management company systems and processes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or residential management preferred. Has 3 years of experience with property management software, preferably AppFolio. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to perform regular maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.). Knowledge of compliance standards and tenant relations best practices. Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

Discounted rent for a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with patio at the Almont property. Hourly individual wage of $18.42 per hour, or applicable minimum wage required by law if adjusted.
