Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Acquisition Specialist the ideal candidate identifies, evaluates, and acquires properties for development, or project needs, acting as a liaison between the business and landlords. This role involves market analysis, property valuation, negotiating leases, performing due diligence, and managing transactions to meet strategic goals for investment and business development. Duties Paying rents / Online and Mailing our checks Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while maintaining positive relationships with landlords. Maintain accurate records of property management activities, including lease agreements, maintenance requests, and communications. Collaborate with maintenance staff and landlords to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
Acquiring new property:
Analyzing market trends to find profitable opportunities and identify properties that align with investment criteria. Locating suitable properties through various channels to expand a company's portfolio. Negotiating leases with property owners to secure beneficial terms. Facilitating the leases and contracts by preparing financial documents, coordinating with attorneys, and acting as an intermediary between parties. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or related fields is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Experience in marketing strategies specific to real estate is a plus. Familiarity with fair housing regulations and real estate law is essential. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously. Prior administrative experience in real estate or property management is beneficial. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with vendors, and team members. Pay:
