Now hiring an Assistant Manager for a HUD / Project-Based Section 8 community in Chico, CA! Build your affordable-housing career with hands-on HUD compliance. What you'll do: Support daily operations, leasing, and resident relations Assist with annual and interim recertifications using EIV Help maintain audit-ready files and prepare for Management & Occupancy Reviews (MOR) Manage rent collection and step in for the Property Manager as needed What we're looking for: +1 year in property management, HUD / Section 8 preferred Familiarity with TRACS, EIV, and HUD recertification Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage) COS or NAHP certification a plus
