A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Company Overview Domus Management Company specializes in Affordable Housing Property Management, HUD-Section 8, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance and Permanent, Supportive Housing Communities. We are currently hiring a Part-Time Property Manager for Cherry Creek Village in Cloverdale. This community is 24 units of supportive housing. Daily Job Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the management of affordable housing apartment community, ensuring compliance with Tax Credit regulations. Collect all Rents and Fees, Issue all non-pay notices on-time & accurately, etc. Complete required weekly and monthly reports. Complete all Annual Income Recertifications. Conduct all business within fair housing guidelines and company policies and procedures. Distribute, Accept and Process applications per company procedure to maximum occupancy at all times. Maintain the property waiting list Enter and manage work orders Prepare for Property Inspections Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, local agencies, and service providers. Manage administrative tasks related to property operations and tenant relations. Communication with tenants to address concerns effectively. Support the development of community programs that enhance resident engagement and well-being. Retain residents through effective interaction, activities, conflict resolution and communication Process Reasonable Accommodations per procedure Maintain Resident Files and Conduct regular File Audits Enforce all Occupancy and Lease Rules consistently and fairly. Assist with porter cleaning duties to ensure a clean and well maintained facility. Assist with cleaning common areas such as community room, laundry room, etc. Communicate with Maintenance Tech and Area Supervisor regarding outstanding work orders, emergencies, etc. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience in affordable housing property management. Solid knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance regulations Experience working with partnering agencies
•communicating and collaborating Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and organization. Strong customer service skills are required. Effective communication skills, including phone & email etiquette. Compensation Hourly Pay Rate = $26
•$28 per hour, based on affordable experience
