We have an in-house lab and do all patient testing on-site. Men want fast appointments and efficient care, and we deliver on both. (Our on-site lab gets testosterone levels back in 15 minutes!) Community Growth Manager The role of Community Growth manager focuses on strategic partnerships and business development rather than high-volume, low-skill outreach. To ensure lead quality, the compensation structure will be a Base + Tiered Bonus model.

• Base Salary:

  $25
• 28/hour.

• Variable Compensation:

  Performance bonuses should be tied to qualified consultations and a revenue kicker (2-5% of revenue generated from their pipeline).

• Tracking:

  CGM will utilize unique QR codes, promo codes, and CRM tags to maintain data integrity. Success will be measured weekly by leads, booked appointments, show rates, and total revenue. The role is built on three pillars:

• Partnerships:

  Establishing referral pipelines with gyms, wellness clinics, and med spas and more that fit our space as a key growth driver.

• Strategic Events:

  Targeting high-value demographics at fitness and wellness events.

Ensuring seamless lead handoff to the front desk.

Corona & Anaheim, CA (Field-Based) Gameday Men's Health is seeking a results-driven professional to lead local outreach and partnerships for our Corona and Anaheim clinics. This role is responsible for driving qualified patient acquisition through strategic community engagement.

• Qualified consultations generated.
• Conversion to paid patients.
• Total revenue attributed to outreach efforts.
• Experience in field marketing or business development.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Healthcare or wellness experience preferred.
• This is a field-based role. Daily activity tracking, including location visits, contact logs, and photo verification, is required to ensure accountability and success.
