Job Description

Property management company is looking to hire a
Property Assistant's Job Duties:
  • Answering phones and typing correspondence
  • Respond to emails and enter data entry
  • Audit resident's files, organize, file, fax, scan, photocopy documents
  • May create and distributes correspondence (letters, notices, forms, etc.)
  • Responds to incoming calls from residents, on-site managers, vendors, and Property Owners as necessary
  • May coordinate with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
  • May assist with processing applications
  • Misc office tasks as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Previous experience in property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
