Job Description
Property management company is looking to hire Property Assistant's with direct Residential experience.
JOB DUTIES
- Answering phones, talking to customers and vendor over the phone, via email and in person
- Respond to emails and enter data entry
- Audit resident's files, organize, file, fax, scan and photocopy documents
- Keep files up to date and order office supplies as needed
- May create and distributes correspondence (mail, letters, notices, forms, etc.)
- Responds to incoming calls from residents, on-site managers, vendors, and Property Owners as necessary
- May coordinate with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
- May assist with processing applications
- Misc.
REQUIRMENTS
- Previous residential property management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
- Previous experience in residential property management.
