Your expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and media analytics will drive community growth, enhance brand presence, and ensure seamless communication across multiple channels. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for creator community growth, engagement, and retention across social media platforms. Manage daily community operations, including moderation, content scheduling, and platform analytics using tools Collaborate with creators to produce compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals, utilizing graphic design, video editing, photography, and media editing tools. Monitor social listening and social media analytics to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and optimize content marketing strategies. Build strong relationships with creators through effective relationship management and communication to foster loyalty and collaboration. Coordinate public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media outreach, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships. Conduct keyword research and web analytics to improve content visibility via SEO techniques and digital marketing performance monitoring. Skills Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Facebook Advertising and Lark Strong knowledge of social media platforms with importance to TikTok Expertise in content creation tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), video editing software, and photography techniques. Ability to craft engaging content through writing, proofreading, branding strategies, and media editing. Skilled in social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and audience sentiment across channels. Knowledge of SEO best practices combined with keyword research skills to enhance content discoverability. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences. Familiarity with social media content marketing strategies including scheduling, community moderation, and performance analysis. Fluency in English required; multilingual candidates (especially Spanish-speaking) preferred.
