Job Description

WSH Management, Inc. Careers seeks a Property Manager to oversee operations at a senior living community in our Property Management & Coordination department. In this facility-focused role, you will manage daily property operations, budgets, vendor contracts, and maintenance activities to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and compliant environment. You will lead onsite staff, support residents with exceptional customer service, and uphold high standards of care. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a senior living community to ensure a safe, well-maintained environment. Manage budgets, reporting, rent collection, and vendor contracts to meet financial targets. Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and capital projects for building and grounds. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and senior living regulations and company policies. Lead, schedule, and support onsite team members, fostering a collaborative culture. Respond promptly to resident concerns, service requests, and emergencies. Collaborate with leadership on occupancy, resident satisfaction, and community programs. Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements for service quality and efficiency.
