A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities Leasing & Budgets:
Partner with leadership on tenant leasing strategies and assist in building and managing property operating budgets.
Accounting Collaboration:
Work directly with the Accountant (who manages CAM reconciliations) to assist with invoices, budget inputs, and financial oversight.
Lease Administration:
Manage active triple-net (NNN) lease structures, ensuring full compliance, timely collections, and proper tenant onboarding.
On-Site Inspections:
Conduct regular property and site inspections to ensure vendor performance, maintenance standards, and lease compliance.
Tenant & Vendor Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving operational issues, managing vendor contracts, and coordinating property repairs. Qualifications Strong experience managing retail, shopping center, mixed-use, and Class B office assets. Proven track record with NNN lease structures and operational property budgeting. Collaborative background working alongside accounting teams on CAM inputs and invoice approvals. Excellent communication, site inspection, and vendor management skills.
