Utopia Management is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Agent to head up our property management office in Glendale, CA. This role is great opportunity for self starters looking to grow their income. Utopia has fifteen offices throughout the State of California and we are expanding an established portfolio in Glendale, CA to continue our growth. Utopia manages a wide variety of rental property throughout the state: single-family homes, individual condos, apartment communities, office buildings, industrial buildings and commercial centers. • Licensed Real Estate Agent / Branch Manager Must be a California Real Estate Agent Able to transfer license (Will be able to sell homes through Utopia) Lives within a 30 minute drive of Glendale, CA with reliable transportation Able to take live new business calls Have flexibility in their schedule to meet with new owners when they are available Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs Organized, collaborative and multi•tasking Excellent verbal and written communication Professional service orientation with positive attitude Active listening, patience, understanding and compassionate Responsibilities•Licensed Real Estate Agent / Branch Manager To develop and land new property management accounts with provided leads Provide quality customer service to owners and tenants (maintenance solutions, explaining statements, attend showings, respond to rental inquires and qualify screening) Manage a portfolio of single family homes, condo and apartments Strong lease enforcement and are available to meet Owner's on their schedule.
