Role Description The Property Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of multiple multi-family communities in the San Gabriel Valley. The Property Supervisor manages and trains on-site management staff to ensure consistent excellence across the portfolio, assists in the coordination of maintenance and repairs, and participates in operational oversight. The Property Supervisor manages expenses, rent collection and financial performance of each property. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, state and Federal regulations and, Fair Housing laws, resolving resident and tenant concerns, supporting rent-up efforts, enforcing property rules, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and service providers. The role requires regular property inspections, documentation of issues, and collaboration with the team to implement operational improvements and meet occupancy and revenue goals. This person shall also oversee the corporate office operations, take the lead in property management legal matters as may be required and, play an integral role in other corporate-level matters. Qualifications Active California real estate license in good standing. Strong knowledge of current California property-management laws and regulations. Verifiable experience in residential and/or commercial property management required. Superb supervisory and leadership skills, including experience with scheduling, conflict resolution, team development, and performance management. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with residents, tenants, owners, vendors, and colleagues. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to work within established financial and operational guidelines. Ability to identify and address compliance issues and follow applicable company policies and laws. Proficiency with AppFolio highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred due to the position's regular interaction with residents, tenants, vendors, and Spanish speaking personnel. Reliable transportation is required for business-related travel between properties. Employees who use a personal vehicle for business purposes must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance meeting applicable California requirements.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
