is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice visits to patients in their homes and other care settings. This is a per-diem / per-visit position with a flexible schedule. We are looking for an RN who is comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with our hospice clinical team. Responsibilities Perform scheduled and PRN hospice nursing visits Assess patients and identify changes in condition Provide pain and symptom management Review medications and provide patient/caregiver education Communicate changes in condition to the physician and hospice clinical team Coordinate care with the RN Case Manager/DPCS and interdisciplinary team Provide compassionate support to patients and families Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Current California RN license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation Strong nursing assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently in the field Hospice, home health, palliative care, SNF, or related experience preferred Schedule & Compensation Per Diem / Per Visit Flexible scheduling Competitive per-visit compensation Additional compensation may be available for admissions, after-hours, or extended visits, depending on assignment Revik Hospice is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care while supporting patients and their families with dignity and respect.
