In this vital leadership role, you will ensure the safety, well-being, and quality of life for residents by supervising staff, managing care plans, and maintaining compliance with health regulations. Your proactive approach will foster a warm, secure environment where residents feel valued and cared for around the clock. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a compassionate team in delivering exceptional care. Responsibilities Supervise overnight staff to ensure high-quality care delivery and adherence to care plans tailored to residents. Monitor resident safety and respond promptly to emergencies or incidents during overnight hours. Oversee medication administration procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Maintain accurate documentation of resident status, incident reports, and care activities using Microsoft Office tools and specialized health management software. Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and disability services standards through regular audits and staff training. Collaborate with nursing leadership to update and implement care plans that promote residents' health, independence, and dignity. Manage operational tasks such as facility security checks, resident room inspections, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for all residents.
