We specialize in high-end commercial and mixed-use properties, delivering top-tier service to our tenants and clients. About the Role We're seeking a proactive, friendly Weekend Front Desk Assistant to join our team at INclave, our premier mixed-use property in Marina del Rey. You'll be the face of the property on weekends, supporting tenants, coordinating move-ins/outs, assisting with residential unit tours, and ensuring smooth operations while working directly with the INclave Property Manager. This is a part-time role—but a crucial one. You'll make a real impact on tenant satisfaction, building management and overall property success. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome tenants, visitors, and prospective tenants
- Assist with tenant questions, concerns, and service requests
- Show vacant residential units to prospective renters, taking information and selling the features of the property
- Submit maintenance requests and perform light property inspections
- Manage packages, key fob access, and guest entry
- Coordinate vendor visits and weekend move-ins/outs
- Support parking operations and automated parking system management What We're Looking For
