Job Description
LEASING & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MANAGER - DEVELOPER REPRESENTATIVE
Ruida Real Estate is seeking a bilingual Leasing & Property Management Manager. This is a developer-side management position and is not a traditional Leasing Agent, showing agent, or frontline property-management role. The core responsibility is to represent Ruida Real Estate in identifying suitable leasing management companies, supervising and coordinating their work, and assisting the company with rental market research.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, residential leasing, or related fields; experience in Multifamily, apartment, or residential leasing management is preferred. Bachelor's degree or above. Real estate broker or salesperson license preferred. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment. Strong computer skills and ability to use standard office software and online tools for document organization, communication, research, and reporting. Familiarity with the U.S. real estate market; California or Greater Los Angeles experience is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and resource-sourcing capabilities. Ability to independently represent Ruida Real Estate in communicating and coordinating with leasing management companies, real estate brokers, and other outside service providers. Ability to assist Ruida Real Estate with rental market research, including market rents, leasing velocity, vacancy conditions, competing properties, and other relevant market information.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are not looking for a frontline employee whose primary responsibility is showing units, signing leases, or handling routine property-management tasks. We are looking for a management professional who can identify suitable leasing management companies, represent Ruida Real Estate in supervising and coordinating their work, and help the company understand actual rental-market conditions through market research.
COMPENSATION
Direct hire by owner. Compensation negotiable. Specific compensation will be determined based on experience, professional capabilities, and overall fit.
