Description Assistant Property Manager Job Description Established property management company seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and daily property operations. Responsibilities
+ Assist with lease administration and renewals
+ Respond to resident inquiries and concerns
+ Coordinate maintenance requests
+ Support rent collections and reporting
+ Maintain resident files and compliance documentation Requirements Requirements + 1+ years of property management experience
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
+ Knowledge of affordable housing regulations a plus
