Managers are required to live on site and will receive 100% off the apartment rent . Job Description We are looking for a Full-Time, On-Site Resident Manager that is able to work Saturdays. You will be responsible for overseeing nearly all aspects of on-site operations at the apartment complex, including managing maintenance staff and reporting key information to the corporate office. You will also be expected to do all tours and leasing while providing excellent customer service to all existing residents. You will follow company guidelines to ensure resident satisfaction throughout their residency. Main responsibilities Maintain constant communication with the corporate office personnel to update them on ongoing projects. Assign work orders to maintenance personnel on a daily basis to ensure the property is properly maintained Constantly check on vendors on site to ensure their work is being done correctly and in a timely manner Perform move-out inspections, maintenance turn inspections, and more Log rent and other payments, and post notices or otherwise communicate with residents as needed Answer all phone calls to the leasing office Take prospects on tour of community Follow up with prospects by phone and email Assist in lease renewals, resident communication, taking work orders, and other resident concerns Any other tasks as they may be assigned by the Corporate Office What we are looking for Excellent communication is key, as much of your work will be directed by the corporate office and you will need to be in constant communication. REQUIRED
