This is a hands-on, field-based position supporting our furnished rental properties as well as quality-control inspections for clients of our sister cleaning company. You will help make sure our properties are clean, stocked, well-maintained, photographed, and completely guest-ready. You'll also assist with new property setups, furnishing projects, linen transportation, and occasional content creation. We are looking for someone who can eventually become a trusted set of eyes and hands in the field — someone we can send to a property who will notice the details, identify problems, document them clearly, and help get them resolved. What You'll Be Doing Complete post-cleaning inspections of furnished rentals and cleaning clients' homes Check cleaning quality against company standards and inspection checklists Take clear before-and-after and inspection photos Identify and document damage, maintenance issues, missing items, or cleaning concerns Restock guest supplies and household inventory Pick up and deliver linens to/from our professional laundry provider Help organize property supplies and linen inventory Assist with new Airbnb and furnished rental setups Help unpack, organize, make beds, stage, decorate, and prepare new properties Assist with furnishing projects and property refreshes Run occasional property-related errands and deliveries Take photos and short videos of properties, projects, and transformations using a smartphone Help capture behind-the-scenes content for social media Potentially learn property/real estate photography Schedule & Availability This is a part-time position with a variable schedule based on property needs. Most scheduled work can be completed during normal daytime hours, approximately 9:00 AM-5:00 PM . However, because we work in hospitality and furnished rentals, candidates must have some flexibility for: Weekday and weekend assignments Occasional evening property support, generally between 5:00-9:00 PM Select on-call dates for urgent property needs Occasional time-sensitive guest or property issues Evening and emergency needs are not expected to be an everyday occurrence . Some dates may be designated in advance as on-call dates, with additional compensation provided for being on call. We want to be upfront that this is not a fixed Monday-Friday desk schedule. The right person should enjoy flexibility and be comfortable with the changing needs that come with hospitality and property operations. We can train the right person on our property standards and systems. We are primarily looking for someone who is: Extremely dependable and punctual Detail-oriented with a strong eye for cleanliness and presentation Comfortable working independently Comfortable entering and working inside client homes and furnished rental properties Confident using a smartphone, apps, checklists, photos, and video Able to take clear, attractive photos and videos Organized and able to follow detailed procedures Comfortable communicating problems quickly and professionally Able to lift and transport reasonable household supplies, linens, décor, and property items Able to drive between properties throughout Riverside County and surrounding service areas Equipped with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Trustworthiness and professionalism are extremely important. This person will regularly have access to private homes, rental properties, supplies, and guest spaces. Experience That Is a Plus Experience is helpful in any of these areas, but not required : Vacation rentals / Airbnb Hospitality Housekeeping or cleaning quality control Property inspections Home organization Interior decorating or design Home staging Property setup Social media content creation Photography or videography Real estate photography A natural design eye is a big plus. We would love someone who notices when a room doesn't look quite right, enjoys decorating and staging spaces, or is interested in learning more about hospitality design.
