Office Assistant Country Club Mobile Home Park Santa Ana, CA Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Spanish In-person customer service English High school diploma or GED Property maintenance Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary Seeking an outgoing, self-driven, and motivated individual who can work in a fast moving pace and a rigorous environment. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service and must have the ability to multitask. Candidate will be under the supervision of the resident manager(s). Responsibilities and Duties Individual must be physically able to conduct daily walkthroughs of the community to inspecting the homes & homesites. Other responsibilities include upkeep and overall appearance of the property to ensure it is safe, neat & welcoming. He or she will have the responsibility to answer phone calls, return emails, handle resident complaints and concerns, and do other light maintenance work around the clubhouse. Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate should be computer literate, preferably in Mac's and MUST be bilingual (Spanish and English). Applicants are required to have a valid driver's license, High School Diploma or equivalent and must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.
