Deliver a concierge-style resident experience and lead all aspects of leasing and day-to day tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of property management tools, maintain a higher standard of building upkeep and curb appeal, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Manage the start-to-finish leasing process, including showing units, processing applications, and executing lease agreements with prospective tenants. Utilize Appfolio property management software to maintain accurate and current records of maintenance work orders, leasing activity, tenant information, and rental payments. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws, during all leasing activities. Coordinate and schedule the in-house maintenance porter and outside vendors. Coordinate with maintenance teams to prepare units for new tenants and oversee move-in/move-out inspections. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants, including upselling available units and promoting property amenities. Handle client communication professionally via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. Support conflict management efforts by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally while adhering to legal standards. Skills/Requirements Hands-on Appfolio experience (required) . Preferred 5+ years prior multifamily apartment management experience, with communities of roughly 30+ units Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations. Demonstrated experience in lease or rental agreement management, negotiation, and upselling strategies. Ability to handle conflict resolution professionally while maintaining positive resident relationships. Exceptional phone etiquette combined with proactive client relationship management skills.
