Due to company growth we are adding another manager. Do you have experience leading teams to provide services? Do you have experience working/providing services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilites? If yes, we want to speak with you! The Case Manager supports the Supportive Living Services for intellectually disabled clients living in Lake County. Primary Responsibilities Partnership Development - Experience working with the Regional Center staff is a PLUS++ Assist to deliver a culture of top level quality service delivery. You are also great at forming strong internal relationships. You help support client's rights so they are treated fairly. You help support effective employee relations. You have experience maintaining a high level degree of confidentiality. Assisting to keep your branch audit ready at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of management experience in the assisted living community overseeing a workforce of employees in multi-units or cities.
Requirements:
