Part Time Assistant Property Manager needed on weekends for a well managed and highly maintained mobile home community in Ventura, CA. This part time position works 8am-5pm on Friday, 10am-2pm Saturday and 10am-2pm Sunday with additional hours available and full time status a possibility, based on performance. Candidate must possess great communication skills, be well organized with an upbeat, friendly personality. Daily duties include rent correspondence, processing payments with accounting software, managing resident concerns, maintaining grounds, rules enforcement and other administrative functions. Knowledge of Yardi, mobile home park management, Word and Excel a plus.
