Job Description
Ventura Investment Co. seeks a part-time Property Manager for a well managed and highly maintained mobile home community located in Ventura. This part time position works Monday- Friday, 8am-12pm with additional hours available and full time status a possibility, based on performance. Candidate must possess great communication skills, be well organized with an upbeat, friendly personality. Daily duties include rent correspondence, processing payments with accounting software, managing resident concerns, maintaining grounds, rules enforcement and other administrative functions. Additional responsibilities include planning and conducting on-site resident events. Knowledge of Yardi, mobile home park management, Word and Excel a plus. Onsite housing is not required or provided. We offer competitive salary and excellent training.
