Our mission is to elevate resident living experiences while executing thoughtful property renovations and repositioning strategies that enhance long-term value. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to oversee daily operations at two of our multifamily properties in Vista and Oceanside . This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of tenant-landlord law, resident communications, and construction coordination. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in stabilizing assets and driving leasing and marketing performance during transitional phases. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring high resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Implement strategic leasing and marketing plans to drive occupancy and achieve target rents. Maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and vendor management logs. Lead and support on-site maintenance and leasing teams to meet performance and service goals. Ensure all activities align with company standards and fair housing regulations. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in property management in a community manager role, preferably with assets in renovation or repositioning phases. Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant law and local housing ordinances. Experience handling tenant communications and detailed financial analysis. Proficiency in leasing, marketing, and budget management. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Yardi and Rent Cafe experience required.
