Job Description

Boulder's Leader in Commercial Real Estate is seeking a quality Property Management Coordinator to help with our growing portfolio! Ideal candidate is a team player, "yes" person, eager to help the team in any capacity including professional and friendly communications with tenants and vendors, detailed bid analysis, administrative support, and dependable, honest, upbeat, problem solving! Participate in all aspects of commercial property management.
Duties to include:
Respond to tenant calls/emails for maintenance, dispatch appropriate vendors & follow up until completion. Review lease documents and create abstracts noting the responsibilities of Tenant vs Landlord. Coordinate Tenant move in, move out, and communicate with tenants regarding maintenance issues. Collect bids for routine work or larger repair projects, review and organize bids received, and coordinate work when approved.
Complete regular property inspections:
walk the property, noting cleanliness and items in need of repair, document findings with photos and written narrative. Prepare meeting agendas, print & compile meeting documents, draft correspondence from company templates, and perform other administrative support. Reviewing/coding invoices for approval before payments are made. Assist in data entry of payables and receivables into accounting system if needed. Join the on-call rotation by responding to after-hour emergencies 12-18 weeks a year. This person will work closely with the Property Management Team in the physical management and tenant relations side of the business. No accounting or cash management.
Requirements:
Previous commercial property management experience a plus but not required for the right candidate Microsoft Office proficient; computer savvy Demonstrates attention to detail and works well within a close-knit dedicated team Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with good organizational and time management skills Strong, effective, and friendly communication skills Reliable personal transportation (mileage reimbursement provided) Full-time position. Our hours are 7:30
  • 5:00 Monday
  • Thursday and 7:30
  • 1:00 on Friday. Pay to be commensurate with skill and experience: starting $54k
  • $60k.
