Build relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members, ensuring satisfaction and success.

Collaborates with property management team to produce advertising materials to attract new tenantsMeets with prospective tenants to show properties, conduct interviews, receive rental applications and explain terms of occupancy.

Places advertising that has been approved by the Manager, online or in print, when directed by supervisor.

Processes applications and conducts credit checks.

Approves invoices for payments.

Communicates professionally with tenants regarding property-related issues.

Collects, processes, and maintains records of rent payments and rental activityComplies with anti-discrimination laws with regard to housing, renting and advertising.

Responsible for income recertification, leasing and re-leasing propertyAssist with income recertification, leasing and re-leasing propertyPrepares monthly calendars and newsletters for distribution to the residents.

Produces and distributes appropriate notices for non-payment of rent timely and within regulations. Conducts weekly inspection of the property and prepares a summary report of the property activity, conditions observed and traffic.

Conducts apartment inspections upon move out to complete the statement of deposit within the state set timelines.

QualificationsStrong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules.
  • RequiredMinimum of two years of property management experience
  • RequiredKnowledge of Property Management software: Yardi
  • PreferredKnowledge of affordable housing/government programsMust have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook​​​​​​Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented and highly organizedStrong customer service skillsSkilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationReserve at South Creek•168 units

$24-27Monday
