Immediate What You'll Do Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned homeowner associations and communities Build strong relationships with Board members, homeowners, vendors, and business partners Serve as the primary point of contact for community questions and service requests Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and budget presentations Organize, attend, and lead Board meetings and annual membership meetings Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up communications Interpret and administer governing documents, bylaws, CC&Rs, rules, and community policies Ensure compliance with applicable Colorado HOA laws and regulations, including CCIOA Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, inspections, and community improvements Solicit bids, manage contracts, and oversee vendor performance Assist with architectural review requests, design review processes, and owner applications Respond to requests from real estate agents, title companies, and lenders Administer community software, websites, and communication platforms Maintain clear, timely communication with homeowners and Board members while providing outstanding customer service What We're Looking For 3-5 years of Community Association Management or HOA management experience CAM, CMCA, AMS, or similar industry certification preferred Strong knowledge of HOA governing documents, CC&Rs, bylaws, and Colorado HOA regulations (CCIOA) Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office and community management software Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and confidentiality Reliable transportation and flexibility to attend meetings and site visits Why Join?
