Job Description

Service Coordinator - Condominium Association Avon, CT The part-time (20-25 hours per week) Service Coordinator, based on-site at a condominium association in Avon managed by Imagineers, will work in close concert with the Property Manager, Site Superintendent, the Board of Directors, Accounting Staff and the Imagineers office-based Property Assistant. This position will support the Property Manager, Site Superintendent, Boards of Directors, Accounting Staff and the Property Assistant in the effective management of all services provided, including work requests and inquiries from the property manager or Homeowners as well as all contracted services with our vendors. The Service Coordinator will also assist in ensuring that service providers provide the correct entity (Condominium Association or Tax District) on the invoices being submitted for services and will assist in providing direction as to which general ledger account to apply each invoice. The Service Coordinator will also assist in promoting the use by resident of the web portal including looking to increase the updating of preferences in the web portal to expand the units participating in the community directory.
Duties will include:
heavy customer service and interaction; vendor coordination, preparing and sending correspondence and; coordinating maintenance requests. At least monthly reporting on a myriad of items to the Property manager, Site Superintendent and Board of Directors. Prior knowledge of homeowner association or property management services or related experience strongly preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must be well-organized, professional and have the ability to effectively multi-task. Strong computer skills required (Microsoft word, outlook, excel, and proprietary software). Good verbal and written communication are required and necessary. Undergraduate coursework or degree or related experience required. Candidate will also be required to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
