Coordinate with project stakeholders—including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams—to facilitate seamless project execution. Monitor project budgets closely, managing costs effectively through construction estimating tools like HeavyBid or ProCore to prevent overruns. Ensure adherence to construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies on all sites. Utilize construction management software such as Prolog or Civil 3D to track progress, generate reports, and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly. Conduct site inspections regularly to verify quality control measures are followed and that safety protocols are maintained at all times. Manage project documentation meticulously, including construction plans, change orders, permits, and compliance records. Lead project meetings to review progress, address challenges proactively, and keep all team members aligned with project goals.
