Senior Property Manager - Self Storage Farmington, CT | $65,000-$75,000 | Full Time Store My Things is seeking an experienced self storage professional to join our growing Northeast team. This is a hybrid leadership position based at our Farmington, CT facility. You'll manage the day to day performance of the Farmington property while also supporting other locations and Property Managers throughout the district. What You'll Do Manage daily operations, sales, collections, occupancy, customer service, and property performance Coach and support Property Managers throughout the district Review KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance Assist with property visits, audits, maintenance, and operational follow up Provide management coverage at other locations when needed Support acquisitions, transitions, and special projects as we grow What We're Looking For Multi unit self storage management experience required Strong understanding of self storage sales, collections, delinquency, lien processes, and facility operations Experience coaching or leading other managers Strong problem solving and independent decision making skills Ability to travel throughout the Northeast as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$75,000 annually based on experience Paid time off Growth and advancement opportunities Medical benefits are not currently offered but are planned as the company continues to grow If you're an experienced self storage operator looking to move beyond managing a single property and take on broader leadership responsibility, we'd like to hear from you.
