Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, ensuring smooth property management and exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with property management tools, and experience in managing leases and rental agreements. The On-Site Property Manager will play a vital role in maintaining property value, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Duties Act as the main liaison between tenants, clients, and the property management company to address inquiries, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships. Utilize property management software and tools to track maintenance requests, lease details, rent payments, and other operational activities. Oversee leasing processes including managing lease or rental agreements, renewals, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Assist in budgeting activities related to property expenses, maintenance costs, and revenue management to ensure financial stability. Coordinate routine inspections and maintenance to uphold property standards and safety regulations. Handle tenant screening, move-in/move-out procedures, and enforce lease policies effectively. Ensure timely rent collection and manage delinquency follow-ups as needed. Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and communications. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or a related field, preferably within a property management company environment. Strong client communication skills with the ability to handle tenant concerns professionally. Proficiency with property management tools and software is essential. Knowledge of lease or rental agreement management processes and legal considerations. Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of property upkeep. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Valid driver's license may be preferred for on-site visits or inspections.
