In this role, you will be our boots on the ground, primarily responsible for managing residential and commercial property development throughout Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY. You will be tasked with overseeing construction and development of some of these properties, and assisting with other tasks related to our portfolio. Once a given construction or renovation project is underway, you will help ensure the renovations are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You will also be responsible for communicating with brokers and finding tenants for the properties and interacting with them. A positive, "can do" attitude and willingness to help out where needed is a must to be successful with us .

Base Pay:
