Atlantic Beach, FL (Jacksonville Area)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, plus one board meeting per month

Hours:

Approximately 20 hours per week

Negotiable based on experience About the Position We are seeking a reliable and experienced Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential community in Atlantic Beach, Florida. This is a part-time position, ideal for a CAM professional looking to slow down while continuing to make a meaningful impact in community management. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, board members, and vendors. Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services. Assist with community inspections and follow-up on property concerns. Maintain accurate community records and documentation. Support the Board of Directors with administrative tasks and community projects. Attend one board meeting per month. Communicate professionally and effectively with residents and service providers. Ensure community policies and procedures are followed. Qualifications Community Association Manager (CAM) license preferred or required, as applicable. Previous experience in community association or property management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities. Professional, dependable, and resident-focused. Experience working with HOA or condominium communities. What We Offer Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM.
