Overview A private household in Bal Harbour, FL is seeking an experienced Part-Time House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-end residence. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned private service professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys creating structure, organization, and efficiency within a luxury home. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing HNW private residences and is confident overseeing vendors, household staff, and ongoing projects while maintaining the highest standards throughout the home. The family is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of the role and can anticipate the household's needs with minimal direction. Schedule Flexible - 2-3 days a week, 10-6 or 11-7 Responsibilities Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the household Managing and coordinating household staff Scheduling and supervising vendors, contractors, and service providers Ensuring projects and household maintenance are completed to the highest standard Maintaining organization throughout the home Wardrobe management and organization Monitoring household inventory and supplies Coordinating household schedules and service appointments Delegating responsibilities to staff as appropriate Identifying opportunities to improve household systems and efficiency Maintaining exceptional household standards with strong attention to detail Qualifications Knowledge of residential construction, renovations, or home maintenance is a strong plus Ability to anticipate needs and work independently Experience with luxury wardrobe management preferred Requirements Extensive experience managing HNW private residences Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail Professional, discreet, and highly dependable Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong professional references from previous House Manager positions Salary and Benefits $45-$55/hour DOE
